At W.E.S Electrical we understand that Testing & inspection of installations is necessary as they deteriorate with age. This is due to a number of factors such as damage, wear and tear, corrosion, excessive electrical loading and environmental influences. we are fully qualified and able to carry out testing and are qualified to carry out any remidial work that is found.
Electricity can be a dangerious thing, but most people take electricity for granted and usually its not until an accident happens or even a small fire from faulty electrical work that has not be currently tested, do you consider taking action. A simple periodic inspection report every 5 years in enuff to make sure your electrical installation is in good working order. along with yearly P.A.T Testing this can make sure your home is safe from electrical faults.
We can offer two levels of electrical installation inspection: Periodic Electrical Inspection, Test & Certification Report; and Routine Electrical Inspection Test and report.
The periodic electrical inspection, test & certification is comprehensive, detailed, and thorough. It is an industry standard - to BS7671, as required by the Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE).
The routine electrical inspection is an intermediate version of the periodic inspection. It contains some testing but is not as thorough as the periodic. Typically it would be used in the intervening years between periodic inspections to monitor for deterioration, or where the fuller periodic inspection was not felt necessary.
